Amanda Horton Zirkle Mpa

Amanda Horton Zirkle, MPA, currently serves as a Human Resources Analyst for Powhatan County since January 2019. Prior to this role, Amanda held positions at Chesterfield County as a Legal Secretary from October 2011 to January 2019 and at the Law Office of Patricia D.
