Chad Paulson

Chad Paulson currently serves as General Counsel at Powin and as a Board Member at Global Critical Logistics, both positions held since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Chad worked as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Secretary at See's Candies from November 2020 to September 2022, overseeing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Chad spent significant time at Blount, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, and Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, managing litigation and providing legal counsel across various business functions. Additionally, experience includes Senior Counsel at PacifiCorp and an Associate at Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP. Chad holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon and an undergraduate degree from Oregon State University.
