Kelsey Raczak

Kelsey Raczak has a diverse work experience in the field of design and development. From January 2020, they have been working as the Design Lead at POWR, where they provide creative vision and owns the design system. Kelsey identifies high-impact opportunities and designs features aligned with strategic goals. Prior to this role, they worked as a UX Designer/Engineer from July 2016 to January 2020.

Before joining POWR, Kelsey worked at Tightrope Interactive, Inc. starting from September 2014, where they were responsible for UI/UX design for websites, microsites, landing pages, and email campaigns. Kelsey also designed web assets like banner ads and promotions and implemented them using front-end technologies.

Kelsey's work experience includes an internship at Snider Insurance Group of Liberty National and Amplio Financial in 2014 as a Web Design/Developer. During this time, they gained valuable experience in both design and development.

Kelsey Raczak began their education journey in 2009, when they attended Hillsdale College. During their time there, they studied Business Administration and Psychology, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree. From 2011 to 2014, Kelsey attended Indiana University School of Education - IUPUI, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media Arts & Sciences, specifically focusing on Web Development.
