Production Staff

POWR2's Production Staff has a long and impressive work history, starting with their time as a Production Manager at ducduc llc from January 2022 to August 2022. There, they were responsible for all aspects of Production performance, staffing and development. They ensured daily communication with personnel on Safety and Quality related to all departmental areas including sanding, finishing, upholstery, final assembly, wrapping, packing, and shipping. They also improved existing operations, identified opportunities to incorporate new, more efficient methods and processes and identified ways to increase efficiencies.

After their time at ducduc llc, Production Staff moved on to Lex Products where they served as a Production Manager from July 2018 to February 2022. There, they managed projects, personnel and assure compliance within organizations policies and applicable laws and ensure quality procedures are being followed. They also engaged, trained, positively motivated, developed and evaluated the performance of personnel.

Most recently, Production Staff has been working as Production and Electrical Technicians at POWR2 since September 2015. There, they continue to hone their skills and improve production efficiency.

The educational career for Production Staff begins with a CAAD Certification in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Porter and Chester Institute. They then attend Shelton High School to learn more about the field of Production Staff.

They are on a team with David Guzowski - Configuration and Testing Lead, Roxanna Rivera - Testing & Configuration. Production Staff reports to Shannon Carr, Production Supervisor.
