Caroline Bursell has extensive experience in creative production and digital marketing. Caroline began their career as an Editorial Intern at The Local Europe AB and Q Magazine in 2012. Caroline then worked as a Liaison Officer at Olympic Broadcasting Services during the 2012 Olympics. Caroline also held roles as an Impact Team Member at Hollister Co., a Writer/Contributing Journalist at Soundsphere magazine and GoldFlakePaint, and a Deputy News Editor at The River Newspaper.

In 2013, Caroline joined The Walt Disney Company as a Digital Marketing Intern, where they contributed to idea generation and planning for digital marketing campaigns. Caroline also managed content delivery and launches of Disney websites.

Caroline's most recent role is at POWSTER, where they have taken on various positions since 2014. Caroline started as a Producer and later became a Senior Producer and Senior Creative Producer. Caroline then worked as the Head of Production before being promoted to Director of Production and, most recently, Creative Production Director. Their responsibilities in these roles included designing and building custom microsites and platforms, managing production teams, and providing end-to-end campaign support for high-profile clients.

Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital production and marketing strategies.

Caroline Bursell's education history consists of two significant periods. Caroline attended Kungsholmens Gymnasium Stockholm from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued the Social Sciences Programme. Afterward, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled at Kingston University, completing a Journalism BA degree with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
