Agata Szczepańska-Jochemczyk began their work experience as President of PSSiAP - Polish Association of Psychology Students and Graduates from 2001 to 2003. Agata then worked as an HR consultant at Bank Millennium from 2003 to 2007. Later, they held various roles at Bank Millennium from 2007 to 2011, including Project Manager and Research Team Manager. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Consultant and Key Account Manager at Master Management Poland. Subsequently, they co-founded CustomerMatters, a Customer Experience Management company where they served as a Partner from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Experience Director in the Corporate Banking Area at PKO Bank Polski, a role they have held since 2016. Throughout their career, Agata has demonstrated a strong focus on customer-centric strategies and solutions.

Agata Szczepańska-Jochemczyk holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw, obtained between 1998 and 2003. Agata also completed postgraduate studies in User research and design at SWPS in 2012-2013, and a Trainers' School program at DSMG in 2006-2007. Additionally, they obtained a Prince2 certification from APMG in 2013.
