Marcin Kaczmarek has extensive experience in the banking sector, with roles focusing on credit risk management, modeling, and analysis. Marcin has held positions at various banks including PKO Bank Polski, Citi, Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., Fortis Bank Polska S.A., and Bank Ochrony Srodowiska S.A. Notably, they have served as a Corporate Credit Risk Department Director and Audit Manager at PKO Bank Polski and Citi, respectively.
