Vice-President of the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation in Warsaw. Appointed a Permanent Arbitrator and Conciliator of the Court of Arbitration at the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland (since 2020). Member of the Commission for Arbitration of the Supreme Bar Council (since 2015) and The Board of Visitors CUA Law (since 2017). Expert of the Parliamentary Committee on Justice and Human Rights on the draft law on the enforcement of claims in class actions (2009), member of the Team for amendments to the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law of the Minister of Justice (2012), Team for systemic solutions in the field of amicable methods of resolving economic disputes, facilitating the performance of the economic activity of the Minister for the Economy (2013) and the Team for Economic Law of the Minister for Development (2015).
Currently a member of the Commission for Corporate Governance Reform and expert teams of the Minister of State Assets: on increasing the effectiveness of supervisory boards and on corporate law.
