Noelia Lavechia

Noelia Lavechia has been working in the Learning and Development field since 2009. Noelia began their career as an Instructional Design at GEICO, and then moved on to become a Learning Specialist at YouTube in 2013. In 2016, they joined Accenture as a L&D Team Lead, and most recently they are the Head of Learning Innovation at Powtoon - a Visual Native company since 2019.

Noelia Lavechia completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Information Systems from the University of Buenos Aires between 2004 and 2008.
