Noëlle Rollings has over 25 years of professional experience in music and education. Noëlle is currently a Customer Success Manager at Powtoon. From 1996 to 2021, they have worked as a Professional musician and music educator at Noelle Rollings Music. From 2018 to 2021, they were an Account Relationship Manager at Henry Stewart Talks, where they provided global subscriber support for The Business & Management Collection and The Biomedical & Life Sciences Collection. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Teacher of Vocal Jazz and Vocal Technique at South West Music School, where they created individual student study programmes and taught vocal production, vocal technique, performance technique, accompaniment and repertoire development to individual gifted musicians. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Senior Education Consultant at Devon County Council, where they conducted educational research and produced course materials. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Education and Community Project Officer at lontano, where they developed and implemented a sustainable education strategy and created and managed school and community projects. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Deputy Course Manager at Devon Secondary Teacher Training Group, where they co-managed all aspects of the teacher training group and wrote and updated course materials. From 2002 to 2006, they were an Associate Music Lecturer at Dartington College of Arts, where they taught individual students vocal technique, performance technique, accompanying skills and examination preparation at UG and PG levels. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Teacher of music and performance arts subjects at KEVICC, where they planned and taught Music at KS3, KS4 & KS5 and Performing Arts, Performance Studies and Expressive Arts courses at KS5. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Music Workshop Leader at Moveable Feast, where they prepared, planned, developed and delivered community and school arts projects.

Noëlle Rollings began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Dartington College of Arts and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Music. In 2003, they pursued a PGCE with QTS from Devon Secondary Teacher Training Group in Music and Drama as a 2nd subject. Noëlle then continued their studies at the University of Roehampton, obtaining a PGCE in Secondary Music & Drama in 2004. Noëlle also holds a BA 1st Class Hons Music certification from Plymouth University.
