Jay Hier-Jones

Jay Hier-Jones is currently serving as the Principal Information Analyst at Powys Teaching Health Board since July 2023. Prior to this, Jay held the position of Principal Data Engineer at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board from September 2021 to July 2023. With a background in various roles in information analysis and support, Jay has also worked as a Senior Information Analyst and Application Specialist at Powys Teaching Health Board and Powys County Council. Additionally, Jay has experience as a Domestic Care Assistant at Caring Concern Domestic Care Agency and as a Receptionist at Llandrindod Wells Medical Centre. Jay is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Transformation for Health & Care Professionals at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
