Julia Toy

Julia Toy is the Strategic Workforce Lead for Health Care and Partnership at Powys Teaching Health Board. She has also served as a Transformation Programme Manager at the same organization. Previously, Julia was a Parent Governor at Ysgol Dyffryn Trannon and worked as a Health and Care Strategy Programme Manager at NHS Wales. With a Master's degree in Applied Professional Practice from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Julia has a strong background in healthcare management and strategy. She has been involved in various roles at Powys Teaching Health Board, including Business Manager and Patient Transport Co-ordinator. Her contributions to the joint health and care strategy in Powys have been significant.
