Prior to their current role, Ruben held the same position at TWD Surfaces and was a Manufacturing Manager at Butler Automatic Inc. Ruben's background also includes being a Technology Specialist at Idax Systems. Ruben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Bridgewater State University.
