Michelle Hatch

Michelle Hatch is the Owner of Pozerski Hatch & Company, P.C., a firm specializing in accounting and tax preparation services for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals. Prior to owning their own firm, Michelle worked as an Audit Partner at BlumShapiro and as an Audit Director at Needel, Welch & Stone, P.C. Michelle has extensive experience in audit, tax, and consulting services for a variety of clients, including non-profit organizations, privately held companies, and employee benefit plans. Michelle began their career as a Manager at Arthur Andersen, where Michelle focused on audits of high-technology, biotech, manufacturing, and distribution companies. Michelle holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
