Pawel Korzynski

Pawel Korzynski is a distinguished academic and executive with extensive experience in human resource management and leadership. Currently serving as Vice Rector and Associate Professor at Kozminski University, Pawel leads the Human Resource Management Department and oversees the HRM program, focusing on teaching management and leadership courses. As an Associate Partner at N2Growth, Pawel holds the position of country President for Poland, facilitating executive consultancy services. With a longstanding commitment to PGB Human Resources, Pawel engages in sales management and the implementation of various HR solutions. Additionally, Pawel has contributed to academic circles as a lecturer at Poznan University of Economics and ManagementClass, alongside visiting research roles at INSEAD and Harvard University.
