Rebecca Chavez

Rebecca Chavez, CPSM, has extensive experience in marketing and proposal management across various firms in the engineering and consulting sectors. Since February 2018, Rebecca has been serving as a Marketing/Proposal Specialist II at Poznecki-Camarillo, focusing on business development, proposal management, and corporate marketing initiatives. Prior roles include similar positions at Pape-Dawson Engineers, managing proposal development and client interactions, and at Bain Medina Bain, Inc., where Rebecca led marketing and business development efforts. Additional experience includes management roles at MAPCO, Inc., and Capital Group, along with corporate marketing internships at Lockheed Martin and Genworth Financial. Rebecca holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
