Lotte van Bakel is a data analyst at PoZoB since October 2022, previously serving as a data scientist at Underlined from February 2017 to August 2022, where involvement in various projects focused on extracting valuable insights from data. Lotte contributed to customer journey management research, culminating in a master's thesis titled "Understanding your customer through an analysis of the customer satisfaction and the customer journey." Early professional experience includes administrative and service roles at Safelines, Theehuisje van Orrikes, and Cafe Hoegaarden from June 2009 to November 2016. Lotte holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from Tilburg University, where studies took place from 2012 to 2017, following completion of secondary education at Gymnasium Beekvliet.

Zorggroep PoZoB richt zich actief op het verbeteren van de eerstelijns zorg voor patiënten met een chronische, psychische of ouderdomsaandoening. Samen met huisartsen, zorgverleners en zorgverzekeraars ontwikkelen en implementeren we vernieuwende ketenzorg. Zorg met persoonlijke aandacht voor de patiënt. Zorg op basis van een compleet, goed afgestemd en persoonsgericht behandelplan. Kortom, zorg waarbij de patiënt centraal staat.
