Michael Simmons

Michael Simmons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they served in the US Navy as a Communications Officer, Damage Control Assistant/ Decommissioning Coordinator, and Site Director until 2017. In 2017, they joined Leprino Foods as a JMO Production Management Trainee and later became the Maintenance Manager. From 2019 to 2022, Simmons worked at Eaton, holding positions such as Maintenance Manager, Operations Excellence Manager, Operations Manager, and Interim Plant Manager. In 2022, they joined PPC Broadband, Inc. as the Director of US Operations, overseeing three production facilities and managing a team of 500+ employees with approximately $300 million in revenue. Additionally, Simmons has also served as an Operations Officer in the US Navy Reserve from 2017 to 2022.

Michael Simmons attended The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Military History.
