Marius Iulian R.

Marius Iulian R. currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at PPC Romania since May 2024. Prior to this role, Marius held significant positions in various organizations, including Vice President of the IT & Security Committee at Asociația Română a Băncilor from June 2021 to May 2024 and CISO at Alpha Bank Romania from June 2018 to May 2024. Marius has also served as IT and Security Manager and IT Project Manager at Deutsche Telekom Services Europe - Romania, IT Systems Engineer at LUKOIL International Upstream West Inc. and Schlumberger, and held earlier roles in IT support and sales at Telekom Romania and Tronix Media. Marius is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Networks and Information Systems Security at Titu Maiorescu University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București, along with a high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics.
