Krystle Emilia

Krystle Emilia is a Senior Scientist at PPD since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in the biotechnology field. Prior to this role, Krystle served as a Scientist II at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team in the manufacturing of sequence-specific primer kits, analyzing lab results, and collaborating across departments to enhance productivity. Krystle's expertise also encompasses technical report writing, laboratory troubleshooting, and training personnel. Earlier, Krystle worked as a Medical Assistant at an internal medicine/nephrology clinic from August 2011 to August 2015, gaining valuable insight into clinical practices while pursuing education. Krystle holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology/Nanotechnology from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
