Rachel Lara is the Vice President of Regional Operational Delivery for the Americas in Clinical Operations at PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. They began their career in clinical research as a trainee at Organon Pharmaceuticals and Schering before advancing to the role of Clinical Research Associate at Roche Pharmaceuticals.
