Bill Mikus

Bill Mikus is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Cordish Gaming at Live! Casino & Hotel since August 2019, Bill previously held the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Valley Forge Casino Resort from August 2011 to August 2019. Bill’s prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources for Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-property HR functions in the Atlantic City market, as well as directing Leadership & Professional Development at AstraZeneca and management development and diversity initiatives at PECO Energy. Bill holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Susquehanna University.
