Osona Steave-Wilson

Osona Steave-Wilson holds a BS in Organizational Leadership and Computer Technology and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration. Currently, Osona serves as the Executive Director at PPE Kids and as a Business Manager for the Virginia Department of Health. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Mr. John and as the Director of Human Resources for both Neighborhood Legal Services Association and Life'sWorks of Western PA, where responsibilities encompassed building HR departments, managing union negotiations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Osona also held positions at Carnegie Mellon University, contributing to recruitment and administrative coordination efforts, and worked as an Administrative Assistant at UPMC/Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. Osona’s extensive experience in human resources spans over two decades, with a strong emphasis on organizational development and staff management.
