Ankit Saxena

Ankit Saxena currently serves as the Global Head of People Insights and HR Technology at PPG since July 2023. Prior experience includes leading the People Analytics and HR Technology team at MassMutual from July 2019 to June 2023, where Ankit focused on aligning people strategy with organizational goals. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President of People Strategy and Analytics at HSBC, where Ankit streamlined reporting processes and implemented strategic workforce planning, and various analytics positions at Encore Capital Group, focusing on business analysis and operational efficiency. Ankit began his career as a Supply Chain and Operation Business Analyst at Gateway Rail Freight Ltd. Ankit holds dual MBA degrees in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and NEOMA Business School.
