Juan Merino

Juan Merino is an experienced professional in process safety and operations management, currently serving as Global Manager of Process Safety at PPG since August 2022. Prior to this role, Juan held the position of EMEA Process Safety Manager at PPG Industries from July 2013 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing process safety and loss prevention activities across the EMEA region. Juan also served as Director of Resin Operations & Supply Chain for EMEA, overseeing eight resin manufacturing plants across Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, Denmark, and Poland, with significant production metrics. Earlier in the career at PPG Industries from 1993 to 2011, Juan was a Plant Manager, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to operational excellence in the coatings industry.
