Kelin Bower

Kelin Bower is a seasoned professional in technical services management with extensive experience in overseeing quality assurance and field service support for construction projects. Currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Elementia USA since March 2024, Kelin also held the position of Technical Operations - Technical Support Manager at PPG from January 2021. Previously, Kelin directed technical services at Bridge Preservation LLC since May 2012, managing a nationwide team for quality assurance and customer support. Kelin's earlier experience includes a role at VersaFlex, Incorporated where responsibilities encompassed application adherence, inspections, and revenue growth initiatives. Kelin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business, Economics, and Political Science from Texas Lutheran University, completed in 2006.
