Lisa Merlo

Lisa Merlo has over 30 years of experience within the chemical and procurement industries, currently serving as a Global Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager at PPG since December 1989. Lisa leads a diverse team of 20 employees responsible for global procurement in various business services and has held multiple senior management roles overseeing raw materials and strategic sourcing across IT, HR, and travel. Previous positions range from Senior Sourcing Agent to Development Chemist, with a strong focus on product management and technical development in electrocoat products. Lisa holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University.
