Marjo Jaakola

Marjo Jaakola is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as the CX/UX Design Manager at PPG since August 2025. Prior to this position, Marjo worked as a UX Architect & Technical Product Manager at Aeris IoT SaaS, specializing in B2B SaaS Web portals, and as a UX Architect at Ericsson, where Marjo focused on B2B IoT connectivity service portals. Marjo's extensive experience includes user research, service design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping, as well as developing software and leading teams in various capacities. Marjo holds a Doctor of Science in Usability and Software Development from Aalto University, a Master of Engineering in Multimedia Communications from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Helsinki Polytechnic.
