Menze Boer

Menze Boer, de, has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Manager of Quality & Regulatory Affairs for Silica Products at PPG Industries since 1993. In this role, Menze Boer oversees quality management for the EMEA region and regulatory affairs globally. Previously, Menze Boer worked as a Quality Supervisor at a Synthetic Amorphous Silica plant, where key responsibilities included managing the quality control lab and supporting the plant's start-up in 1993. Menze Boer also gained valuable experience at The Dow Chemical Company as a Chemist, focusing on quality assurance and process improvements. Early career experience includes serving as a student assistant at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen while pursuing a Master's Degree in Chemistry, earned from the University of Groningen.
