Stefano Gianellini

Stefano Gianellini has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as R&D Lab Manager at PPG since October 2007. In this capacity, Stefano has managed teams across various groups, including Business Support for Waterborne Toners, PPG ICR Lodi, Solventborne Toners, and Light Industrial Coatings, focusing on project management and employee development while coordinating with departments such as Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Purchasing. Prior roles include R&D Lab Team Leader and R&D Lab Chemist, with expertise in coatings formulation and industrial scale-up processes for both automotive refinish products and light industrial coatings. Additional experience includes collaborations with SpazioMilan.it and RompiaPallone.it, and a background as a QC Microbiological Technician at Pfizer. Stefano holds a degree as a Perito Chimico from ITIS Stanislao Cannizzaro Rho, acquired between January 1998 and June 2003.
