Wei-Hsuan Chang

Wei-Hsuan (Jase) Chang is an experienced S&T Research Chemist, currently leading projects in developing protective coatings for aircraft manufacturers at PPG Industries. Prior to this, Wei-Hsuan was a Senior Scientist at Elementis Global, focusing on polymeric additives for coatings. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA, Wei-Hsuan has a strong research background, including work on plastic solar cells and nanocomposites. They also have experience as a Corporal in the Ministry of National Defense, Taiwan, where they led a team in providing meals for soldiers.
