Will Sweet

Will Sweet is a results-driven professional specializing in export compliance, supply chain, and operations within the aerospace industry. They currently serve as the Lead Aerospace Business Specialist at PPG, where they lead a team and oversee export operations and compliance. Previously, Will worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Align Aerospace and an International Trade Intern at Honda Trading, gaining valuable experience in logistics and trade regulations. Will also served as the Volunteer Coordinator for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, where they managed a large team of volunteers. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and an Executive MBA at California Lutheran University, along with an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from College of the Canyons.
