James Goulding

James Goulding has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent development. James currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Technology at PPHE Hotel Group since 2014. Prior to this, they held various roles at glh Hotels, The Cumberland, The Dorchester, Sheraton Park Tower, and Thistle Hotels, where they gained valuable experience in managing HR functions and leading teams. James'sexpertise lies in people and culture development, HR business partnering, and talent management.

James Goulding attended City & Islington College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a CIPD degree in HR. Prior to this, they studied Hotel Business Management at University College Birmingham from 1993 to 1997.
