Telma Varela

Telma Varela has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles within the hospitality and customer service industries. Currently serving as Personal Assistant to the Co-CEO and VP of Operations at PPHE Hotel Group since May 2016, Telma has held multiple personal assistant positions within the organization, supporting various executives. Prior to joining PPHE Hotel Group, Telma worked at Vodafone as a Customer Experience Manager and Facilities Manager, where responsibilities included managing building operations, implementing SOPs and KPIs, and training team members. Earlier roles include Client Services Manager at ISS Facility Services UK and Guest Relations Manager at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel. Telma holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the Hotel and Tourism School of Lisbon, with expertise across multiple areas of the hospitality sector.
