Emily Busse

Emily Busse is a seasoned professional in design and merchandising with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as the VP of Design and Merchandising for Sleepwear and Underwear at PPI Apparel Group since August 2023, Emily also owns and operates House of Hearts LLC as Owner/CEO, providing creative consulting for mass market and club apparel. Previously, Emily held the title of SVP Sales and Merchandising at Alpine Group, overseeing product execution for Walmart and Sam’s Club. Other notable positions include VP of Design and Merchandising and Director of Bodywear at United Legwear & Apparel Co., Senior Merchandiser/Designer for multiple brands, and Head Designer at Knothe Apparel Group. Emily's foundation in textiles was built at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where a BFA was earned.
