Tim Mischiara has extensive work experience in global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Tim currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Sourcing & Procurement at Klein Tools, where they are responsible for managing $240M of raw material, finished goods, and indirect sourcing. Tim also coaches and mentors a team of 21 sourcing and purchasing professionals across North America and Asia.
Prior to their current role, Tim served as the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Supplier Quality & Development at Chamberlain Group. In this position, they managed approximately $600M in raw material and finished goods sourcing. Tim also coached and mentored a team of 90 sourcing, supply chain, supplier quality, and component engineering professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Before joining Chamberlain Group, Tim worked as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at ACCO Brands, overseeing sourcing operations for finished goods and raw materials between the U.S. and Asia, totaling more than $500M.
Tim has also held leadership positions at Newell Rubbermaid, where they were promoted from Director of Global Sourcing to Vice President of Operations. In this role, they managed manufacturing operations for a $200M+ Global Business Unit and defined overall business strategy. Tim also served as the Director of Global Sourcing, running $400M+ in global sourcing for finished goods within the $1.5B+ Office Products Division.
Earlier in their career, Tim worked as the Global Supply Chain Manager at Block & Co., providing expertise in strategic and tactical sourcing and purchasing activities. Tim also served as the Director of Supply Chain at Pentair Corporation, where they oversaw sourcing activities and managed a budget of over $100M.
Tim's career began in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Staff Sergeant before transitioning to the private sector.
Tim Mischiara has a Master's degree in Managerial-Leadership from National Louis University. Tim also has a Bachelor's of Science in Management from the same university. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
