Karen Davis, SPHR, has over 13 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Karen began their career in 2006 as an H.R. Administrator at IKHANA Group, Inc. and was later promoted to Human Resources Manager. In 2017, they joined Payroll People Inc. Business Services as Human Resources Manager.

Karen Davis, SPHR has attended California State University, Northridge and California State University, Fresno. In addition, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR\u00ae) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2016.
