Dan Ricklefs

Dan Ricklefs has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Dan most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler since October 2020. Prior to this, Dan worked at Danfoss for a total of 10 years, where they held positions such as Vice President of Global Marketing and Director of Global Marketing. In these roles, they focused on strategic and tactical leadership in market and channel management, developing long-term portfolios, and strengthening the brand through marketing communications. Before joining Danfoss, Dan worked at Sauer-Danfoss for over 12 years, where they held various positions, including Manager of Market Communications and Product Portfolio Management. Dan also served as a Product Portfolio Manager, responsible for developing business plans and marketing strategies. Dan's career began at Electro-Hydraulic Automation as a Project Engineer in 1992.

Dan Ricklefs completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Dan then pursued their Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2004 and 2006.
