Engineering Design Project Manager at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler

Tim Williams has extensive work experience in the engineering and design field. Tim started their career at Bruin Manufacturing in 1989 as a Plastic Mold Designer, where they worked until 1997. In this role, they were responsible for designing plastic molds.

In 1997, Tim joined Precision Pulley & Idler as an Engineering Design Project Manager. Their responsibilities included designing underground conveyor components and managing orders from customer purchase to delivery.

Additionally, Tim has been actively involved in various committees and chapters, including serving as a member of the ESOP IANE Chapter Executive Committee for Government Relations since January 2017, and as the President of the ESOP Communication Committee since April 2014. Tim has also been recognized for their contributions, receiving the IA-NE ESOP Chapter Employee of the Year award on March 3, 2015.

From 1987 to 1989, Tim Williams attended Marshalltown Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General.
