Victoria F. Nemeth

Victoria F. Nemeth serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kiwa Group North America since February 2023, while also holding the position of General Counsel at T2 Utility Engineers and Raba Kistner, Inc. since November and October 2019 respectively. Victoria has extensive experience as General Counsel for PPI Quality & Engineering, LLC since February 2013, and has been the Principal at Filippov Law Group, PLLC since January 2011, providing external corporate counsel services. Previous roles include serving as Outside Corporate Counsel for Mechanical Testing Services, LLC and PetroQuip Energy Services, LLC from October 2014 to December 2022, as well as General Counsel for Production Partners, LLC from 2009 to 2011. Victoria also contributed as Of Counsel at Shepherd Scott Clawater & Houston, LLP, specializing in healthcare and pharmaceutical litigation from 2004 to 2009, and at Golden & Owens, LLP from 2002 to 2004, focusing on SEC-related cases. Victoria holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston.
