Clarissa Weber

Clarissa Weber has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Clarissa began their career as an IT Support Representative at PPI in 1996 and later became a Team Leader for IT Support. In this role, they collaborated with teams to create and implement new processes and procedures, standardized upgrades, and provided troubleshooting support. Clarissa then transitioned to the role of Manager of Information Technology Support, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and managing HelpDesk teams, as well as writing user manuals and providing training sessions.
