Thusitha Kumara

Thusitha Kumara is an experienced operations leader in the textile and garment industry, currently serving as Vice Director Operations at Phong Phu International JSC since November 2021. Previous roles include Up Stream Operation Manager at Bowker Asia Ltd and Factory Director at Phong Phu International JSC. Kumara has held various managerial positions, such as Production Manager at both Sai Tex International and Flexcon JV Vietnam Company Ltd, contributing to significant productivity improvements and effective production management. Educational qualifications include an ongoing MBA at London Metropolitan University and a diploma in textiles technology from the University of Moratuwa, complemented by training at several reputable institutions in Sri Lanka.
