Andrew Schwartzberg

Andrew Schwartzberg is an accomplished leader in enterprise technology and shared services, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Technology at PPL Corporation since March 2025. In this role, Andrew oversees critical operational areas, including Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain, while leading a significant transition to a managed services model for application development and maintenance. Prior experience includes several leadership positions at Guardian Life, where Andrew successfully executed large-scale HR initiatives, revamped HR operations, and played a key role in corporate strategy post-pandemic. Andrew's career also includes a tenure at Dow Jones, overseeing technology and administration services across various platforms. Andrew holds an MBA from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Spring Garden College.
