Audrey Gleissl MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Audrey began their career at PPL EU in 1985, where they initially worked in customer service and sales. During this time, they gained valuable experience in addressing customer needs, conducting energy analysis, and troubleshooting HVAC systems. Audrey later transitioned into the role of Operations Resource Specialist, where they managed union issues and staffing plans for a large workforce. Audrey successfully managed a team that analyzed meter data for over 1 million customers. Prior to their work at PPL EU, Audrey served in the US Army as a Sergeant, specializing in strategical microwave and satellite systems. Audrey was responsible for operating fixed station satellite systems and parabolic antennas.

Audrey Gleissl MBA earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management with a 4.0 GPA from Strayer University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Previously, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resource Management with a minor in Business Administration, achieving a GPA of 3.98, at Muhlenberg College from 2000 to 2004.
