Dan Carabelas

Dan Carabelas is a seasoned networking professional with extensive experience in network architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Network Architect at PPL Corporation since February 2023, Dan has developed strategies to modernize network infrastructure and enhance security measures. Prior roles include Principal Network Architect at Amgen, where Dan led the migration to an optimized global ISE platform, and Network Architect at Virgin Voyages, where Dan redesigned fleet network architecture resulting in significant cost savings. Dan's career also includes significant contributions at Presidio, Advanced Systems Design, AT&T, and IBM, showcasing a consistent track record of developing innovative solutions, reducing costs, and enhancing network performance. Dan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Development and Management from St. Petersburg College and received technical training from the US Air Force Technical School.
