Dennis Urban

Dennis Urban has a diverse work experience with a focus on finance and leadership roles. Dennis currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance Transformation at PPL Corporation. Prior to this, Dennis was the owner of Monster Tree Service of Hilton Head, where they provided full-service tree care with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Dennis also held various roles at National Grid, including VP Finance and CFO of the Electric Distribution Business Unit, where they managed multi-state electric utilities and implemented initiatives that led to a reduction in expenses. Earlier in their career, Dennis worked at PPL Electric Utilities and Duquesne Light Company, where they held various managerial and directorial positions in financial planning, corporate development, and financial reporting.

Dennis Urban holds an MBA in Business Administration from Robert Morris University (1997-1999) and an MS in Taxation with a focus on Business Tax Law from Duquesne University (2000-2002). Dennis also obtained a BS in Accounting from Point Park University (1994-1997). In addition, Dennis has certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (inactive) from the Institute of Management Accountants and as a CPA in Pennsylvania (inactive) from the State of Pennsylvania.
