Jon Strohl

Jon Strohl is a seasoned User Experience Research Manager currently at PPL Corporation since June 2020, where responsibilities include leading a UX research group and program across various product portfolios, advising team members, and managing research vendors. Prior experience includes serving as User Experience Research Manager and Lead at Fors Marsh from July 2012 to June 2020, overseeing UX research projects, supervising research teams, and engaging in business development. Jon's career began as a User Experience Researcher at Fors Marsh and extended to academia as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant at George Mason University, alongside contributions as a Research Assistant at the University of Dayton. Jon holds a Master's Degree in Human Factors & Applied Cognition from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Dayton.
