Josh Patterson

Josh Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh began their career at Chevron in 2000, where they held various roles such as Account Manager, Business Analyst, Channel Programs Coordinator, and Decision Support Specialist. In 2010, they joined LG&E and KU Energy LLC, where they served as a Senior Workforce Analytics Specialist, Manager HR Systems and Analytics, Manager Compensation, HR Systems & Analytics, and eventually as Director Human Resources. Currently, they are working at PPL Corporation as Director Compensation, starting in 2022.

Josh Patterson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Indiana University, completing their education in 1998. Josh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University, concluding their studies in 2009.
