Lizbeth Monticello is a seasoned recruitment and staffing professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Senior Staffing Specialist at PPL Corporation since August 2023, Lizbeth previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG from July 2021 to June 2023 and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Neptune Retail Solutions from September 2016 to July 2021. Prior to this, Lizbeth held the position of Field Manager at IRI from December 2010 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of 150 direct reports and achieving top performance metrics for a major national field marketing sales and services company.
