Channell T. has a diverse work experience history. They started their career as an Eligibility Specialist/Lead in Training at Maximus in 2014, where they processed applications for healthcare insurance following ACA policies and procedures. They then worked as a Healthcare Policy and Finance Back Office Worker at Connect for Health Colorado in 2014-2015, processing client applications and determining Advance Premium Tax Credits.

In 2015-2016, Channell worked as an Enrollment and Eligibility Specialist at Connect for Health Colorado and later as an Office Assistant at Kumar and Associates. They then joined Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters in 2016 as an Office Assistant, performing various administrative tasks.

From 2016 to 2020, Channell worked at Colorado Access where they served as an Appeals Legal Analyst at Connect for Health Colorado, processing appeals regarding health insurance coverage eligibility. They also worked at Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters in 2016 as an Office Assistant.

In 2021, Channell worked at Ultimate Staffing Services as a Client Service Specialist at Fastaff/US Nursing, specializing in credentialing and client service. They also worked as a Benefits Verification Associate at Consova Corporation, reviewing employee documentation and determining benefits eligibility.

In 2022, Channell joined Advantage Tech as a Call Center Rep Associate at UC Health, registering new patients and scheduling appointments. They then moved to UCHealth as a Patient Access Line Contact Representative, where they performed similar duties in a fast-paced call center environment. Currently, they are working as an Administrative Assistant II at State of Colorado, providing legal administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants.

Channell T. obtained their education from Milan Institute where they studied Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant and Medical Secretary from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Fresno City College from 1998 to 2002 and pursued General Studies. In addition to their education, Channell T. has received certifications in Excel Quick Tips from LinkedIn in May 2023, Outlook: Working with Multiple Calendars from LinkedIn in July 2022, and Successful Goal Setting from LinkedIn in March 2021.
